Free delivery is only available to locations inside Lingayen and the Dagupan Area*.
*Free delivery is only available to the Dagupan Area on orders over 1500 Pesos).
Minimal Charge - Dagupan Area
For orders under 1500 Pesos we only charge for the cost of petrol. The delivery price for the Dagupan Area is 250 pesos.
Please remember to add this to your shopping basket when buying flowers.

Special Service
A Pangasinan Flower Shop offers a special service where we send our florist(s) on-site to build a custom design. Unfortunately this requires a minimum order purchase. Please contact us for more information.
International
Unfortunately at present we are unable to process internationally shipped orders.
Delivery
Our products are delivered via tricycle with delivery available seven days a week. For same day delivery - orders must be placed before 1:00 PM. During peak holiday periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, Easter etc.) same day delivery cutoff time may be earlier. Requests for delivery at specific times of the day may be placed, but cannot be guaranteed. Normal delivery hours are between 9:00am and 10:00pm.

When the Recipient Is Not Home
A Pangasinan Flower Shop delivery drivers will leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for them to pick up the item. Another option is calling the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery and may incur an additional delivery charge. A Pangasinan Flower Shop employ professional delivery personnel who will find the best delivery choice for your special gift.
Incorrect Delivery Location
We will honor a request to cancel an order provided that the process of fulfilling the flower order has not already begun by the florist. If we are able to cancel an order, your money will be fully refunded. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel an order providing us with an order number or as much information as possible.
Flower Substitution
The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. Due to availability of stems, in rare circumstances the received product may vary from that shown in the picture. If a substitution is necessary, flowers of similar style, quality and value will be used. Sundry items may differ from those shown in the picture.
Change an Order
We will honor a request to change an order provided that the process of fulfilling the flower order has not already begun by the florist. If you are changing the delivery date, we will honor that where possible. If you are changing the items ordered, in cases where your new order total is less than your previous order total, we will credit you the difference. In cases where your new order total is greater than your previous order total, you will be charged for the difference. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change an order.
Cancel an Order
We will honor a request to cancel an order provided that the process of fulfilling the flower order has not already begun by the florist. If we are able to cancel an order, your money will be fully refunded.
